I make pizelles during the holidays and my old iron was just getting old. I bought one of the Cucina Pro pizzelle irons and it was so easy to use and made such good cookies, that I bought a second one. The only drawback is the size of the cookies. They are a bit smaller than what I am used to. With a second iron, my son and I can both make the cookies and get done faster. The iron heats up fast and even and bakes just perfect. The cleaning is extremely easy, it just wipes clean! The price is very reasonable and I do like the fact that it makes 4 cookies instead of 2. Most other irons make only 2 cookies at a time. If you like pizzelles, this product is the best. My mom use to make pizzelles with the single iron that you used over the stove and had to turn to bake. This one has a light indicator and bakes them to perfection provided you pay attention to the light indicator. It is not a non-stick surface but the pizzelles come right off by gently slipping a knife underneath. It is also an easy clean up. If you like pizzelles -- this item is a MUST!!"..."  Read more
