I got this for my aunt who was on a raw food diet. The stuff you can chop up with this is incredible. Very powerful, good blender.

We have a cooking school and use the vita mix for sauces and also for soups.works magic. My daughter uses it for smoothies

We just got this one to replace the Vita-Mix that we had used regularly for 10 years! We've tried many others, and can honestly say that this is the very best brand in blenders. It is well worth the investment, since it has a much longer lifetime and has much more power than other blenders. We often see them used in commecial smoothie bars.
