I like having a juicer that keeps all the fiber, and 5 minutes to make fresh hot soup. I just got my Vita-mix and haven't made peanut butter or ground anything yet, but plan to soon. I bought it about a month ago and this machine is used more than any other appliance in our kitchen, making at least 10 shakes each day. We wore out the last blender in about a year and it was not a cheap one either (Kitchen Aid professional series). I would highly reccommend this blender for people who need to use it a lot.
