terrible customer service

the item is fine, but wayfair has terrible customer service! I ordered a bookshelf, which the site said was available, then they send me an email telling me that I will not receive my order for another 4 months. 4 months! I write to say that this is unacceptable, and they send me a generic email, telling me the same thing. They took no extra action, the email I feel was machine produced, and added no value whatsoever. never again!
