efficient and easy to use, but the delivery process was the worst! How can I recommend a product and know that someone else will go through what I did with the delivery people When I asked them if they had ever delivered a wine frig cooler before, they responded, yes, they did several a week. Why was mine so difficult They did not have the correct equipment or number of delivery people to coordinate a proper delivery.

Dellivery was horrific!! The first time they attempted to deliver it they sent two guys and a truck with no lift!! They could not deliver and had to return it. I demanded four guys and a truck with a lift. When it was delivered about 12 days later, only three guys showed up and it took them close to two hours to manuever the piece into the house. It was as though they had never delivered a large piece before. They had no clue what to do. With mine and my friends help, they finally got it into the house with a few minor scratches due to having to take some of the protection packing material off. They were certainly not professional This was white glove delivery
