Viking 5 Quart Stand Mixer in Black - VSM500BK

Prior to purchasing a mixer I spoke with people from local businesses to find out which mixer that had chosen, and for the most part two brands were in the majority. They were Hobart and Viking. Hobart was well out of my price range so my choice was evident. After using the Viking mixer it is obviously the perfect choice. The mixer is sleek looking, but muscular at work. It has cut mixing time because of the efficient design. Price comaprison for other 5 quart brand mixers is similar but the motor rating on the Viking is much higher which hopefully will make the Viking last much longer. I am thoroughly satisfied with the Viking 5 quart mixer.

For only $69 more it is so much better than the KitchenAid. Viking really thought of everything.It's too bad so few people are familiar with their products. Quality is the best way to describe it.
