This faucet is made from exceptional materials. It is well designed, and the price was fantastic. It helped complete the look I wanted in my kitchen, and it is a dependable faucet that hasn't given me any problems or grief. This faucet was exactly what I was looking for, but couldnt find the quality materials at the local warehouse fixer upper stores. Very happy w this purchase you cant beat superior materials for the same or less than at those warehouse stores!

The faucet is wonderful. I particularly like the swivel single on-off hot - cold lever. It operates really smoothly. The faucet is a Vigo, which goes with the Vigo stainless steel farmhouse front sink I bought from Home Depot.

I think this faucet is the coolest looking sink faucet I have ever seen. Its very smooth and sturdy, and everyone who sees it wants to use it or find out where I got it etc.... I really like the way the spiral coils look and feel around the hose... It was also packed up very nicely... I was surprised to see the care that was taken in the shipping. I am very satisfied with this new faucet and would highly recommend it.

As another reviewer noted, instructions are sparse. But if you need more detail you probably shouldn't attempt this anyway, that said the install is very straightforward. Moreover you can download the PDF directly in advance so there should be no surprises - what you see is what you get. In my case I had to buy 3/8" fitting male-to-female extension flex hose because the included hoses could not reach my supply lines which are very low in the bottom of my island. No big deal just FYI. Faucet looks killer, functions great in shower and stream setting and pivots really easily. Included inline flow regulator was a nice surprise. I did have some issues with the finish on the lower coiled straight spring/main neck of the faucet. Immediately (and I mean immediately) upon finalizing install I noticed a small bronze-ish mark peeking through the stainless. After I rubbed it with my thumb a few other bb size chips of the stainless steel plating/paint/finish flaked off. Basically there was a small area where it was clear the finish didn't adhere right (dust in the factory perhaps). So I worked off all the loose stuff that would come off and touched up patiently with stainless steel paint and a hobby brush. Mixed a few cans until I got the right shade. I am really picky so other than a slight change in texture on the spots I touched up no-one can notice, even when I point it out – definitely not bad enough to pull it out and exchange. This was probably a fluke but I wanted to mention this nuisance and offer the advice to anyone with same issue. If I didn't have the issue with the finish I would rate it perfect. Looks like it cost +1000, functions great, and great addition to our kitchen. Not as tall as some of the others in this category (aprox 18" vs. +22") but that is also a plus for us being that it's in an island and my wife is 4'10" lol.

The product is great! I would have liked to have ordered it in satinless steel but they were out! This has a very industrial look which I like.

This faucet looks great, but is of poor quality. I have it in a laundry room so it works fine for me because i dont use it a lot. If it were in my kitchen I would expect it to break in 2 or 3 months. Its made from cheap metal and plastic parts. I feel like my kitchen faucet takes a beating and when i use this one I cant help but think it would not stand up to it. In terms of functionality, this facuet does everything it says it does. So if your looking for something to get by, or you wont use a lot, this is agood faucet.

The product is just as the picture showed. I had a plumber install it as I had a completely new kitchen and it works perfect. My sink only has an opening for one faucet and I also wanted the sprayer, so it is perfect. Easy to use hot/cold water adjustment.
