Great product, but poor instructions.

Product Review

This faucet works great, but comes with very poor instructions, and was missing the o-ring for the spray nozzle hose. When installing, do not attach any water supply lines until you have it mounted and put the rubber ring, washer and nut on the bottom. None of these pieces will fit over the water supply hoses once they are attached. Fortunately the spray hose is a standard 3/8" fitting, and I was able to salvage an o-ring out of the old water supply lines to prevent it from leaking.

Service Review

The delivery was quicker than expected and arrived with one dent in the cardboard packaging. Fortunately the faucet itself was packed very well and suffered no damage.
