Multi-layered backing of thick fiberglass / resin encloses wood reinforcement to prevent flexing of floor pan

Half the price of a custom glass purchase and install. I used a professional bath installation guy because I'm not a handyman. But it seemed fairly simple. I never had time to take a bath so I don't miss the tub. This is solid. I did not install it so I can;t comment on if it is easy or not to set up. I can say that it feels really good. Everything arrived on time, and my contractor had no problem installing it. he parts feel very strong, and the door is tight and doesn't let water out. Looks of course are subjective, but this thing looks great in my bathroom. It really changed the whole dynamic of my bathroom. Was this helpful? Yes / No
