It was fairly easy to install, and it fits perfectly in our downstairs powder room. Since it comes with the mirror and towel bars, we felt the price was reasonable. It isnt as dark as it appears in the picture, but it is definitely a dark brown. This vanity is a great space saver, really didnt want one with that was big and bulky.
