Love the steamer, not the delivery

Product Review

The item is wonderful. We have used it three times to make grape juice and it is just great. The size is perfect and the water container is big enough so that you do not have to keep re-filling it! We will try steaming vegetables soon.

Service Review

The delivery company was terrible. They just left our item on our front step without ringing our door bell or telephoning to say that it was being delivered. My wife was leaving the house and almost fell over it on the steps. We live on a very busy street and our door is quite close to the street so anyone could have just walked by and picked it up without us knowing. Also, on the day of delivery it was raining so the package got wet. Fortunately it was not something that could have been damaged by water.

NICE JUICER

My wife has had trouble boiling out the water. I would suggest that a thermometer should be added to control the cooking process.
