Victorinox Swiss Army Fibrox 8" Chef's Knife

I love this Chef's knife!! It is sharp and slices nicely and I love the none slip handle. The right knife makes a difference in the kitchen!

i am a chef and owner the little picnix bistro in san francisco for many year i have been use a lot of knifes but non of thems better than what i have right known the knife is very sharp thin plate handle gripped perfect work during busy time i bought 3- 8" knifes it was purchase from wayfair they are fast delivery and best customer service i am very happy with it

Nice thin blade really holds a good edge and comfortable grip. I use this knife instead of my Henkels. I even bought another one for my husband.

I was looking for a sharp knife to use as my primary cutting utencil. This worked great for about two weeks then became dull. i guess the extra bucks for a better quality knife will be worth it.

Excellent for chopping and dicing. The blade is such that the "rocking" motion is easy, thus allowing for quickly dicing veggies. The shape of the handle is excellent to prevent nicks & cuts on the hands.

I got this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it! Finally a knife that we don't have to use as a saw! He feels like a real chef using it. People in other reviews warned that the knife is VERY sharp and after owning it for just a couple of weeks, both my husband and I can definitely attest to that. We have injuries to prove it. Thank goodness we've learned from our children that Band-Aids can cure anything. But we are also no longer sawing through the cucumbers to make a salad. Love it! Can't wait to buy another!

...a nice, sharp knife. I have one of these myself. I love it so much, that I bought another for my mother and one for my father in law. Both of them LOVE how sharp it is!

I chose this knife because of a recommendation I saw on PBS. I thought I'd try it based on the price. It's great!
