Knives are well balanced, very sharp and appear well made. The blades are thinner and appear less substantial than others we own, but so far we're happy with them.

These Victorinox knives are a steal of deal.....they are beautifully made, sit nicely in your hand and are razor sharp, in many ways I think they are superior to my Wusthofs.

I have 8 Victorinox knives, and will buy no other brand for my kitchen. They are a fantastic value for a very high quality product. They have won the best value first place on Cooks Illustrated knife reviews time after time. JUST DONT BUT THEM FROM WAYFAIR. IT SHOULD BE WAYUNFAIR! They use bait and switch dishonest tactics.

In the past I have tried to buy the knives that these so called "chefs" endorse much to my disappointment. I would have to constantly sharpen them but if you buy these knives they will be the only knives you will ever use. I highly recomend them!
