Victorinox Swiss Army 3.25" Paring Knife in Black

Loved victorinox swiss army paring knife. have never had a knife i liked so well. should have bought one for every cook in my family.

A little light. But gets the job done. Lost my Henkels and this is a good replacement at a great price

This is the size of paring knife I have and absolutely love it! My daughter gave this to me several years ago and in the 32 years of my marriage I've never found a knife that even compares with it!

I raise birds and cut up a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. I need something small and sharp. A thin blade but sturdy is also important. I love my little paring knife I bought at Wayfair.

We have used Victorinox knives for several years now and I have yet to find a better knife. The blade is perfect for cutting meat, fruit and veggies and stays sharp much longer then our other knives.

I use this knife continuously for cooking at home and have used them in my foodservice job also. These need to be sharpened very briefly on a stone at each use to keep them very sharp. Overall the ideal paring knife.
