I have several other wraparound curtain rods in the house, but couldn't find the exact one for another project. I found this one, but had some difficulties with it. The wraparound design is brilliant. If you have strong sunlight coming in the room, this is the best way to deal with that. However, the circumference (thickness) of this curtain rod was thicker than the others and I could not get it inside a the pocket of a sheer curtain from Country Curtains. I actually had to sew a larger pocket into it. Also, the hardware for installation includes these two microscopic screw pins that hold the arms of the rod. It drove me mad to figure out how to use them and then to complete the installation with this minuscule item. The other wraparound rods I have simply have two screws directly into the fixture. It's beautiful, but be prepared on the diameter and installation situation.
Nice clean look

Love that you can't see hardware, I was so tired of looking at our previous rod using traditional exposed hardware. We used this for hanging curtains to cover our sliding glass patio door - we are always in and out so the curtains get a lot of use, always sliding back and forth. This rod is much more durable/reliable. I actually installed it without the center support so I could slide them all the way to one side or another. I have 4 faux silk panels hanging on one rod and it is holding up nicely (although I wouldn't let all 4 sit in the middle without the extra support).

We are really happy with these. We have two 94" windows right next to each other with about 4 inches of wall in between. We needed two rods and wanted something where the ends of the two rods could abut without having a bunch of excess finial and these are perfect. And someone asked me if they were from Pottery Barn. I actually initially planned to buy the similar rods from Pottery Barn but saved a load of money by getting these from wayfair.com instead. We particularly like how they attach to the wall.
READ the directions

This looks exactly like the picture, does exactly what I wanted it to do-stack the grommet panels at the wall when they are open. But read the mounting directions have a second set of hands to help and if you are not really good tool wise-- make sure those hands belong to someone who is. It wasn't hard just a little more complicated than a regular rod.

I bought this to hang a valance I made to corner around a long picture window. I bought the black and it has a nice thick coat of paint on it which matches the other hardware accents in the hall perfectly. I don't have much weight on it but this rod looks like it could carry it easily if needed. It was also easy to install.
Nice but could be better ...

We purchased two rods for our bedrooms in the hope of blocking out more light in mornings. If you have ever installed a shower curtain rod you won't have any problem installing these. I did not give the review five stars because the rods extend from the wall pretty far which allows light to filter in through the top (we installed the rods about 6 above the window frame). I would recommend these though if you are looking for an attractive and sturdy curtain rod.
Very nice curtain rods.

Pretty smart idea - wrap around rods for privacy. The installation instructions were non-existent, but it was pretty easy to figure out on my own. I think these are probably a little overpriced compared to similar products on other sites, but I was picky and wanted the white.

The is a very long curtain rod, and it expands from both sides which is a nice feature. Easy to mount and very sturdy (especially with the center anchor). We are not actually using this as a curtain rod (but rather to dispay medals). Works great!
Wraparound Curtain rod.

I'm very happy with this purchase. They were easy to install land look great. Would have given them five stars but for the fact that the bar screws and unscrews for the bracket using a little Allen wrench. Sort of a pain but still a great product.
Love this curtain rod!

I got this to hang curtains over a patio door. It worked out great! It's very solid, I didn't even need to use the center bracket. I'm very pleased and I love the color!
