Product Review

We use the sectional as every day use. We have 3 young boys and 3 dogs (which go on the couch when you are not looking and when we are not home). The couch is wonderful. We have the Queen Anne brown, material is like velvet, you just want to snuggle up in it. The only issue I have with it.. Hardwood floors, the couch is a good weight but moves around easily and the clips that are meant to hold it together do not. We had to put stoppers under the legs to keep it from moving around and coming apart.

Service Review

I would not give a good review for CSN on delivery. I ordered the item 5 months before I actually got it. The first couch was "lost" in shipping, I was basically told too bad.. This was after the continual promise that it was on the way. 3 weeks after they said it should have been delivered is when they told me (they charged me for the couch already.. and I had to call them!) it was lost and I had to re-order the couch and then wait another 6 to 9 weeks for delivery, then, I had to fight with them for a discount. I love the couch it was delivered promptly after the first mess up but I don't know if I will order from CSN again.

Amazing price for an amazing sofa! So many fabric options! Retails for almost double in stores.

Great couch, much less expensive than we found at local retailers.
