Olympic Benches: These benches will have some sort of weight rack attached to them and are typically used for chest strengthening exercises. Preacher Benches: These benches will typically have a seat and a weight rack attached to them. There will be a pad in between the seat and the rack where the user can rest their arms. These benches are primarily used for bicep strengthening exercises.Utility Benches: These benches are flat, inclined, or adjustable, but they should not be able to go declined. These can be used for numerous strengthening exercises and can have attachments.
