Great Add-on from Baltimore, MD on 01/03/2013
This is a great attachment for the BD-11. I purchased this system because I think this is the best bang for the buck. Its not gym grade, but its as close as you can get for less than half of the price. The pulleys work nicely and a little white lithium grease keeps the weight sliding nicely up and down the post. What I like best about it is the lat pull down AND the low pull for rows. You can do upright rows, seated rows (I sit on the floor but a really low bench would work nicely). I dont think its suited for any leg work like the description says (leg extensions). I just stick with rows, lat and tricep pulldowns. I recommend buying the Olympic weight adapters for the weight posts and a tricep rope. The one inch posts hold Olympic plates just fine, but it makes me paranoid and Im always double checking it. As for the triceps pulldown, the provided bar works fine but the rope allows you to really work tricep by rotating your grip. Something to consider I used to throw the barbell on my back in the front of the cage (the side where the attachment now is). With this attachment, you dont have the room to do that. Its not a big deal (you just use the other side of the rack) but its something to consider when adding on to the cage, depending on how you are using it.

Great from California on 04/20/2014 – Verified Buyer
Great attachment. Very smooth. No issues so far. It accepts 1" weights, but obviously accepts Olympic weights as well.

Lat Pull Attachment from SANGER, TX on 01/15/2014 – Verified Buyer
I'm very happy with this attachment. It was very easy to assemble and made a great attachment for the bd-11. I've had NO  problems with the smoothness of the draw or anything. I like it!

good from jackson, TN on 11/11/2012 – Verified Buyer
product is great but with the amount of weight it can hold youd think theyd give you leg support to help hold you down to lift that weight.
