Quality durable and excellent value as well!

Strong sturdy and comfy. Perfect height and it was cheaper than most benches. Construction was easy, except for one part that needed a bit of hammering. other than that the bench is awesome.

There are junky benches and crazy expensive benches. This one is in between but is as solid and stable as I'd hoped. Haven't had for long but expect it will hold up well. Assembly couldn't have been easier.
Great Flat Bench
Greg from Kettering OH
Strong and stable. Padding is thick but firm. When you rest a heavy weight on it, the impression goes away rather than damaging the cushioned top. Not too heavy which is nice for me. My exercise room is relatively small so I need to move and position the bench often and it is not a problem to simply move it around. I can do situps by putting my feet under the wide side of the legs. I put a 40lb barbell on it and it works fine.
