Vacuums & Steamers

I just received my Reliable Steam Cleaner and tried it out in my house. It was great not having to use all those chemicals I would ordinarily use. First I cleaned my tile and it did a wonderful job. Next I tried it out on my dirty grout. It is a big job and could not do it in one day but by using the extra high pressure steam gun and the brass brush I saw that I could get my grout clean doing a section at a time over a few days. Next I used it to clean my bathrooms. What an amazing job it did around the toilets, shower and faucets. Next I cleaned my wrought iron breakfast table and chairs. Again it melted away the dirt with very little effort. I never got the chairs as clean as I did with this machine. You do have to constantly wipe away the dirt and excess water made with the steam. But even this was easier than it would have been using a scrub brush and cleaning fluids. What I did not like was The cord is much to short and I will buy an extension cord. The lock on the steam gun does not work well. I will try to rig something so my hand does not get so tired from holding down the trigger. At first I thought there was something wrong with the machine. No steam came out after about 5 minutes. I realized that the hose attached to the main part needs to be pushed in from time to time. I use this mop for a 500sq/ft tile floor.My first concern in purchasing a mop was dealing with steam,does it steam or fog and pee.Thankfully steam is what you get with 15000 Watts of power draw,"it better steam".The cord is long enough to reach from plug to plug.I woulld not use an extension cord with this product (1500 watts).The fibber pad is large,picks-up well and is washable.Cleaning the catch-bin and roller are a bit messy due to steam turning to water.The company that makes this mop has been around a long time making janitorial units.You may think the price is to high,you get what you pay for.In this case the piston pump & 1500Watts.Pee and fog or steam????????????????????????"..."  Read more

We originally bought this product because of a bed bug issue we had. This steamer is great for this as it gets super hot, steams for long periods without needing a recharge period, and has many attachments that can maneuver into cracks and crevices. The negative comments that I have read about this product made me a bit nervous when I bought it. But after reading the directions for it, I believe many of those people simply didn't follow the guidelines. So make sure to read the instructions fully before using. I did try it on carpet stains as well, and it worked great, but I was unsuccessful with the cook top stains. Overall I feel this is a really great product for the price."..."  Read more

Easy to use and gives us the security of knowing that our home can be bug free..........from harmful microbes and viruses to hitchhiking creepy crawlers, all without the use of questionable chemicals.
