I purchased the silver frame with the clear shelves. This is a very sturdy, well made and good looking rack. It holds all my stereo components without issues. I have a Krell KVA 300i integrated amp along with a Theta Miles CD player plus a Denon 5 disc changer and a Monster power center. Putting the rack together was relatively simple - with a friend for help. The instructions were clear and we didn’t encounter any problems. We did add felt pads under the legs to facilitate moving it on the wood floor since the rack is very heavy, especially once you put your components on it. Know also that this rack is BIG. I’ve got it in the corner of my living room since my initial idea, to have it centered on the wall, looked way too overbearing. It does look terrific though in the corner. So, if your looking for a solid, good looking addition for your audio or video components, I would highly recommend this one.
