Hardware failure on one chair, so far. Product Review I used the chairs for kitchen sitting. Chairs are comfortable as expected. Hardware screws loosened on one chair so far, I'm expecting more loose screws in future. Service Review Delivery was good, product arrived undamaged. |

awful chairs [...] Product Review If you're looking for good quality, sturdy chairs, don't buy these! They're beautiful but very poorly made. The legs were about an inch crooked...absolutely ridiculous...couldn't be fixed with pads because they were so off with the measurements. I was concerned that the chairs would fall apart if a heavier person sat on them. It took me a long time to bite the bullet and order these, and I should've listened to my instincts. If it weren't for the incredible reviews I wouldn't have ordered them, especially online. It was my first experience ordering furniture online and I don't think I'll do it again. [...]. As for the chairs, you're better off paying a higher price for good quality. We ended up buying the brown mason chairs from [...]and we LOVE them...quality wise, it's like comparing apples to oranges. Service Review -delivery was prompt -customer service was excellent -return was easy and hassle free |

I love, love, love these chairs. These chairs really make my dining room look comfy and classy. They are VERY dark, almost black at a glance, but it works for me. My boyfriend had no trouble putting these together with a drill. All 6 in under an hour. I LOVE THESE CHAIRS! They are a great compromise for us as I love how they look, and they are still a little masculine. |

Urban Seating Leatherette Tufted Parsons Overall I am pleased with the chairs. They were extremely affordable and look good. It has taken me a long time to assemble 10 chairs that I ordered, with 9 allen wrench screws for each chair (about 30 minutes a piece). It would be nice if the manufacturer made these bolts so you use a socket set to assemble. |
