Pad and netting problems. from Oklahoma on 11/08/2013 – Verified Buyer
The trampoline is great and the kids really love it. It was easy to assemble and overall is a pretty good product. I did have an issue with the safety pad. Right out of the box you can see that the pad is coming apart right in the crease where it is folded. Also, the safety net has a little tear in one of the sections near the center. There was a little warranty card included in the packaging, so I called the number and they said to take pictures and email a copy of the reciept. I did as instruted and am still waiting to hear back.

Good trampoline from Candor, NY on 04/28/2014 – Verified Buyer
Did much research before buying this, I'm happy with the purchase, kids love it. But... The things I didn't like: The screws that hold the legs together and the screws that hold the legs to the frame are poorly designed. Only about 60% actually screwed in all the way and held tight, the others just continued to spin and would not tighten all the way, wasn't happy about this. The directions I give a C-. The poles, the jumping fabric, springs, net design, blue pad around edge, I give an A+. I put it together myself (47 year old man) 90 minutes.

So Fun! from Pelzer, SC on 08/31/2014 – Verified Buyer
The trampoline itself is great. The safety net though, is not perfect. Make the straps too tight and it puts a lot of strain on the mesh. Too loose and the blue foam moves around, which made the cap which holds the top of the net up come off. I think there is a way to arrange it just right to prevent the issues I am having but they were not in the directions. Seems to be a trial and error type of thing.

Great fun from Atascadero, CA on 07/08/2015 – Verified Buyer
Other than being really heavy it was relatively easy to assemble. Instructions were accurate and parts fit. The netting seems strong enough if you pay attention to the instructions not to purposely jump into the netting. It's there for protection from accidental spills, not as an additional trampoline surface. Pros: Higher weight limit than other manufacturers so the whole family can have fun. Cons: Steps or an included ladder would be nice but I knew there wasn't one when I ordered.

2 years and still jumping from Kansas on 12/13/2014 – Verified Buyer
2 years in and We're about to buy a new net and spring cover but the trampoline mat, frame, and springs are going strong. Nearly daily use even in winter. We have done our best to clear snow off quickly so it doesn't sag.
