Easy Assembly, perfect size for Toddlers from Arlington, TX on 12/30/2015 – Verified Buyer
I would have given this 5 stars if it were't for the shipping nightmare we had to go through to get this trampoline. First the good: This trampoline arrived in an easy to manage box, not too heavy. Once out of the box the instructions were pretty straight forward. Complete the outer ring first, upside down, then right the trampoline and add the legs. Much easier that way. It took my husband and I about 30 minutes to put this together. Use a drill! And when you attach the springs make sure to divide your number of springs by 4. In this case it was 16 (add a spring every 16th hole to get the 4 corners in and then do the rest). And the tool provided is the only way to get the springs in. Make sure you have 2 people when assembling this and it will go so much faster. The kids love this trampoline. My daughter is 4 and my son is 2 and they jump non-stop while laughing. So fun and wears them out. This trampoline seems like it will last several years. And I love that the netting is a good deal away from the poles. Very safe. Great purchase. Get the ladder! We didn't and my kids cannot get in and out without us picking them up or us putting a stepping stool up to the trampoline.

Now the bad: Ordered 12/17 (this was my kids gift from Santa), supposed to be 2 day shipping. Tracking said I was to receive 12/21. Package did not show. Checked Wayfair and new delivery date was 12/22. Package did not show and I received email from wayfair stating trampoline would be delivered 12/28?? Contacted Wayfair and FedEx damaged the trampoline. (Meanwhile my dad orders the 16' on 12/22 in the afternoon with the 2 day shipping). Wayfair said they would ship another trampoline on 12/22 so I would receive on 12/24 after I told them the Santa dilemma. I receive an email early 12/23 that package will arrive 12/28. Contacted Wayfair, for some reason the warehouse did not ship the trampoline. So...they decided to ship it overnight so I could have it by 8pm on Christmas eve. (Can't wait to put this together in the dark!) Guess what, warehouse shipped the package on 12/23 but did not follow instructions again and shipped it 2 day so I would NOT be receiving this trampoline in time for Christmas morning. Wayfair offered a 15% discount for my trouble but as you can imagine we were pretty ticked off. First time was FedEx's fault but the next 2 times was Wayfair's fault. (And meanwhile...my Dad received the trampoline he ordered on 12/22, on 12/24 by 12pm.) I should have just canceled my original order and placed a new order on 12/22 and I would have received the trampoline on time. This was almost enough to make me not order from Wayfair ever again. However, the people in customer service at Wayfair were extremely understanding and tried to do everything they could to help out. I would suggest to Wayfair that maybe the warehouse needs a look.

Pros: Great Trampoline, safe, so easy to put together!
Cons: Shipping was a disaster

Oh, So Much Fun! from San Jose, CA on 01/23/2016 – Verified Buyer
This was a present for our kids, ages 8 and 4! It arrived in a large, well packed box. Although it was a very heavy box, my husband and I were able to pull it into our house, then to our backyard. Assembly was very simple, as the directions were spot on. We had the trampoline up within an hour and a half and we all had a blast jumping on it! We have had it for just about two years, and it has held up well! We love our trampoline, and so do all our littler and (sometimes) adventurous adult sized visitors! It has proven to be an excellent value for our family!

Pros: Durable, Safe, Easy to assemble

great, net needs to be higher quality from Folsom, CA on 06/03/2013 – Verified Buyer
We LOVE our 10' trampoline. So glad we went with the upper bounce as the metal is all powder coated which helps resist rust! We have a 4.5 and 2 year old that both have so much fun. I wouldn't get this size for teenagers, but it's perfect for kiddos under 10, in my opinion. If you're getting it for a gymnast, I would get a bigger size as back handsprings and tumbling are impossible if you're over 4' tall. All in all, great purchase, well worth the 240.00 we spent! especially with limited space areas. I would buy it again knowing what I know about it now. It took a little over an hour for me to set it up, and I only needed help from my hubby getting the circle portion together. Just a tip on getting the springs on, especially if you're not muscular, attach it to the tarp(black) part first, then stretch it out to the hole in the bar, much easier!

Disappointing quality from Kennebunk, ME on 11/09/2014 – Verified Buyer
I bought this trampoline several months ago because our 16-year-old son outgrew our old 8' trampoline. The old one was close to 20 years old, and we had replaced the mat and the pad several times over the years, but only because of normal wear and tear. The new trampoline arrived, I put it together, and my son - who is below average weight for his height and age - started using it. After a couple of months, the springs started breaking, snapping off at the base of the rounded end. I put in a warranty claim with the manufacturer, Upper Bounce, and they promptly shipped me ten new springs to replace the broken ones. About a month later, four more springs broke. Again, Upper Bounce promptly responded to my claim, this time shipping 12 new springs. Although the people at Upper Bounce have been pleasant and cooperative, it's a nuisance (not to mention potentially dangerous) to have springs breaking all the time when the trampoline is under normal use. At this point, I have not decided whether to try to get a whole new trampoline or whether to limp along with this one, knowing that the springs are likely to keep breaking. With this problem, I can't in good conscience recommend this trampoline.

upper bounce trampoline from Woonsocket, RI on 04/13/2014 – Verified Buyer
After doing research we decided to purchase the "Upper 'Bounce 10' Trampoline with Enclosure" because of the higher weight limit of 330lbs & the price & size. We are very happy with the product. My husband & son-in-law had it together in under an hour & our 3yr old grandson loves it (& the parents are enjoying it as well). The safety net on the inside of the springs is a good safety feature, less chance of a foot or arm slipping in the springs. Exactly as described & you can't beat the price. Definitely would recommend.

This is a great trampoline for its price, the value can't be beat! from Humble, TX on 01/06/2015 – Verified Buyer
I searched everywhere for a trampoline of this size with a weight capacity that would hold more than one or two kids or that would hold my 5 yr old and myself or my husband. This one fit the bill perfectly, the weight limit is over 250lbs, just perfect. The installation process was was we expected a few hours for 2 adults to lay out all the pieces and put them all together safely, none of the pieces were missing so I was very happy. The delivery time from wayfair.com was right on even during the holidays. Very happy and my son was even more excited!

Great trampoline from CT on 01/21/2016 – Verified Buyer
Great value. Setup took some time, but nothing too difficult; it helps to have two people working together on it when attaching the springs. Quite solid construction. Right size for a section of our basement with a 12-ft ceiling. My son loves it.

This has been a wonderful trampoline. We have had it almost 2 years and it has held up well in the texas heat. We will probably buy the same trampoline just a little bigger next year!

Great, well made, big capacity we overload the tram-poline with 500 lbs like was nothing from Harlingen, TX on 01/02/2015 – Verified Buyer
The springs cover is not thick, the safety enclosure could be stronger but if you understand that it is just there to avoid somebody to fall of the trampoline, it is ok, my daughter was jumping against it and did not break yet...
but the base is very sturdy and seems good quality, great price, if you have the space go for the 14 or 16 feet it gets crowded with 2 adults or three kids
