Charlotte from Woodbridge, CA	1.0 1/15/2012 Heavy Duty Product Review Took it out of the box and it has a oder of strong grease or something, made a mistake and put it in the dishwasher and now the dishwasher smells like this strong smell. We ran onions through it and the smell was still there......it does not grind like the old ones, the grinder is very dull and wasn't useful. Service Review The customer service at Wayfair is above and beyond, I have never delt with nicer people that were so accomadating and they get your product out to you pronto, and follow through with phone calls. rocket scientist from GA	1.0 12/30/2010 Only made juice did not grind as expecte I was looking forward to a special cranberry/orange salad on Christms. I had my father's grinder that was similar to this one and it always chopped the ingredients. This product got clogged with the first few grinds. I cleaned it out a couple of times to make sure it was the grinder. All it did was recycle the products and made juice. I finally had to go back to a processor which did not give me the texture I wanted. Very disappointed. Also, the product had a very stron "oil" smell. I am sure that is the rust resistant coating but after washing the items over 10 times the smell of the oil was still very strong so I relegated the item to the garage. Was this helpful? Yes / No
