This bench is the one I selected out of everything on the market today. Yes there are better benches out there but for the money spent I think this is probably one of the best values. Once I recieved it and started using it I'd say I'm extremely happy with my decision. Best feature is it is very light but sturdy. I move this bench into my smith machine one day and then out of the way for other exercises the next day. It gets moved a lot and it's not cumbersum. The only thing for me is it could be an inch or two taller but that's not a big deal - great bench for the buck. Service Review Came faster than expected - I couldn't believe it was at my door when it was - very fast shipping/delivery. Was this helpful? Yes / No

weekend warrior from Salt Lake City, UT	4.0 1/12/2011 Good Value Fairly stable when sitting on it. Fairly durable materials. Nice overall size, fits into my limited workout area very nicely.
