First we thought these were metal but they're entirely made of plastic.

Bought two loved the classy style and blackgold() was perfect color for our new bathroom. We have had them three months, used simplyhuman soap in one and softsoap in other ( I wanted to see the difference), both worked great 1st month, now neither can hardly pump the soap out. Husband and son stopped using theirs out of frustration. I have checked batteries, cleaned nozzel, and added water to soap, nothing helped. So disappointed on such a great idea and style! See lots others have had same problem. Sent email to your customer service, was not impressed with reply of just return them to store. Gave it 2 stars for syle and color. Hope you will improve the malfutions and battery lid.
Not very good

This product says that it can handle dishsoap, but it constantly clogs and stops working. In addition, there is no control over the amount that comes out--so you barely get a dribble. You end up actuating 2 or 3 times to get enough soap for a single dish.

The dispenser works well; the design prevents soap from building up where it pumps out. The only downside is that it only holds a few ounces of soap, so if you wash a lot of dishes, you'll be filling up fairly frequently.

Great style that takes up minimal space. Well made and highly functional. Only negative is having to use a screwdriver to install/change the battery
Otto Automatic Soap Dispenser

The pump is working as promised. It would be nice to be able to adjust the amount dispensed, but the amount is OK for the soap we are using. The white unit we purchased looks good in our white and stainless kitchen.
Needs a thinner type of soap

A thinner type of soap would be better for it. I put a thick soap in it and the soap doesn't come out.
works well and looks nice

Works pretty well. Looks nice. Wish the material was a little more substantial though. Made of a light sort of plastic material. I usually would have purchased the Simple Human auto dispenser but I liked the way this one looked and the price was better. Easy to load the soap. Would recommend especially for guest bathroom or child's bathroom.

Would have liked it a little heavier, if bumped it falls over
Terra from Sun City, AZ– Verified Buyer
Fits up to our vessel sink beautifully! Great finish. We do wish it was heavier, but we haven't filled it yet and that will help... works like a charm!
