Mike from FLORIDA	2.0 2/17/2013 adaquate I have used this product 2 times. already the name tag sewn on the back had ripped off... and the metal bar surrounding the luggage has bent. I had to bend it back. This was made by the same manufacturer of my other luggage set that I bought a few months ago. that one totally fell apart. I do travel quite often, so this set is not up to my standards. as they say you get what you pay for. The other set I bought, I used the warranty.. wow did they put me through the hoops. They finally replaced it. But I will not use that either. I donated them to good will. I will buy another set, but not from this manufacturer... stay away from Travelers Choice & US Traveler.
