Not what I expected, but maybe even better...

I bought this U.S. Traveler garment bag to replace my husband's old canvas suit bag, but the description of a "2-in-1" garment duffel bag is a little deceiving. It's NOT a bag that can double as either a tote bag where you can throw in a bunch of loose items or use it as a garment bag, it's strictly a garment bag. But instead of folding in half and zipping flat, it has flaps in the center that zip around to turn it into the shape of a duffel, making it easier to carry by the handles or the detachable shoulder strap. The shape also gives you the choice of storing it in an overhead bin or stowing it under your seat on a plane. The "leather" is manmade, but durable and not at all cheap looking. One it's zipped up, the center has a lined compartment to fit in shoes, and it has are some convenient exterior pockets for tickets, papers, etc. As long as you know ahead of time that it can't double as a traditional tote bag but it's only for shirts, suits, etc., it's a great bag!
Good product, needed a minor fix when I received it.

Needed a garment bag that I could use as a carry on. Fit the need well. Only problem I had was when I first received the bag. One of the zippers was off the track and it took a bit of work to fix it.

Used it last weekend to fly from DCA to DEN. Great purchase. Wish it was slightly bigger.
Perfect for a 1 or 2 night business trip

Best hybrid garment bag carry-on option. More classic looking than anything available at Mens Wearhouse or Moore's. Easy to use, looks great.
A compact garment bag that does its job.

The garment bag keeps clothes from wrinkling and zips to make it easier to carry than a traditional garment bag. I gave 3 stars because the zippers must be lined up just right in order to close and that can be a challenge, especially if you are in a hurry. While it works as a carry-on when flying, it is bulky to carry through the airport.
Best value! Great bag!

Used this bag on a recent cruise & loved it! We were able to fit 1 suit, 4 dress shirts & 4 dresses without any problem. Once the bag is zipped up we were still able to fit a few things in the duffle. Also no problem fitting the bag in the overhead compartment on the airplane.
Love this bag.

Was a present for my dad. He loved it. Was a little bulkier than I thought it would be but I would buy again. Pros: Great Value, as described Cons: A little bulkier than expected
Not impressed with the US Traveler!

I love the flexibility that the bag design allows. For causal weekend trips, it's great as a duffel bag. For business trips, it's great for packing an extra suit or two. And, it is inexpensive.
Efficient, great size, good-looking bag

This is a great bag for transporting a change of clothes for a day or two.
