Tvilum Spectrum Narrow 80" Bookcase in White - 4806049

Very nice shelves and are very strong when assembled according to good instructions. I bought 5 of these units to add to our church library. The white color even brightens the room. I would, and did, recommend these to a friend. This is a very responsive company and right there to help with any problems.

This bookcase is narrow and just what we needed for a small space in the closet. It is sturdy and easy to put together - EXCEPT - it looks like the back panel is missing, and there's an extra grey, half-size unfinished panel. It took forever to notice that it was actually a piece that was folded in half, and the white back was revealed when you unfolded it. Call us dumb, but it really wasn't obvious and we couldn't get a response when we tried to contact the company. Showing in the instructions that the included piece unfolds would have helped. But, we're very pleased now it's up.

These bookcases arrived well packaged and on time. Fortunately, my 26 year old grandson was here to lift and assemble them, as the two of them weighed 70#. He was able to assemble them the same evening. I was surprised to learn they were made in Denmark. There were no written instructions, only diagrams which were somewhat vague. It would have been helpful if the parts had been numbered (according to diagram) or if written instructions had been included. Also, I would suggest using metal "L" brackets to anchor them to the wall, rather than the fabric ones included in the package. Word of caution--when assembling, be sure the finished side of the folded backing (in my case, white) is installed facing the front shelving. Having said all that, I am very happy with the final product and would recommend them. I was happy to find 24" wide bookcases in white, and thankful for a grand- son adept in assembly!

Needed something to fit into a small walk in closet to hold home office supplies without taking up too much room. This was just perfect.

Due to multilayed packaging, it arrived without damage. It is well designed and easy to assemble, though I believe they have the side panels reversed in the instructions. It is made of very heavy and solid materials, a positive. Glad I bought it.

was not hard to put together. it is just the right size for what I needed. I like that some of the shelves are adjustable very sturdy.

Came on time, and into the space I had set aside for it. There was a chip on the top right corner, of the side panel of the bookcase, but where I have it the chip does not show....packaging could have been better, but all in all these served my needs.

For 2 months I went to every store in my town and on every furniture web site; finally I found one that was white and no wider than 24 inches. It is absolutely perfect! We wired lights in the backs of each shelf, so we can either see what book we are looking for or the piece of art or whatever is displayed there.

We received the bookcase in perfect condition in about 3-5 business days, with no damage and it took my husband about 1 hour to assemble alone before I awoke on a Sunday morning.
