Low dresser, excellent value; minor flaw in exposed MDF

Nice Looking-A bit difficult to Assemble
Dayna from Bloomington, IN– Verified Buyer
Once you get this piece together, you will probably be pleased with it. However, as others have mentioned it is a bit difficult to put together for an amateur. The directions are virtually useless, and there are literally hundreds of screws and pegs! The glue was missing, which we found out later is necessary. HINT: when putting the pegs in use wood glue, even if it doesn't come in the package. It defies logic WHY this chest was made the way it was (far more complicated than necessary). If you are an amateur, it will take you at least 2 hours to put together. If you are more experienced with this sort of thing, you may be able to put it together quicker, as some reviewers here were apparently able to do. Anyway, in the end, it looks nice, and feels FAIRLY sturdy.
Looks Great, Not Easy To Assemble.

This dresser looks great, but it's already starting to come apart. (The front piece of the drawer is separating from the rest of the drawer every time I pull them open). I don't think this is a piece of furniture you can move around without it falling apart. If you are purchasing and planning on keeping it in one spot and not moving, then it'll be worth the money I guess. I know it's a given that assembly is going to be tedious and time consuming, but be prepared, this took me half a day to put together, upwards of 5 hours.....

This was easy to put together once I separated all pieces by type. The directions are not the most clear, as they contain only pictures. I also did not like the messy glue included. I substituted Gorilla wood glue, with excellent results. Looks very nice, is not too heavy, and is overall what I expected for the price. I have been using this dresser for almost 2 months, and 1 of the drawers is not level, so won't close properly without some wiggling. Also, because the rails are directly screwed to the sides of the drawers, if something falls behind one, you must unattach the side rails to get behind it.
Budget Friendly Purchase

I purchased this dresser for my room because I needed a sleek, budget friendly option. Shipping was prompt, however the assembly was a nightmare. Had to hire someone to put it together. As a single woman living by herself, I was in no way prepared for such a big task. Once the dresser finally got put together, i was satisfied. Sturdy and clean. Will fit in with pretty much any decor style.
Scottsdale 6 drawer double dresser

Great product, very simple looking and clean finishes BUT, instruction manual came with no words so it took me a while to get everything put together and also there was a big crack in one of the wooden pieces but luckily it wasn't too deep.Overall i love how it looks in my room now and recommend it to anyone with patience.

The shipping was quick and easy (and free!), the assembly was a bit time consuming because I did it by myself, but the only down side was a small dent in the top piece and the drawers were a little tricky to install. Otherwise I love this dresser! I used a drill to put handles in the middle of each drawer so it matches my other furniture and they're working well. As long as you're not looking for a super fancy piece of furniture, I recommend it!
Nice but short

I bought the dresser because my boyfriend and I had waaaay more clothes combined than my tiny little dresser could handle, and I thought this dresser would be perfect. It was a decent price and had 6 drawers yada yada but I thought it was going to be much taller. I'm 5'2" and it barley reaches my hips! Overall nice storage capacity though.

We got this to go in our 3-year-old's room. It's nice and low for him to get his own clothes out of, but being in my third trimester of pregnancy, it's too low for me right now. It took my husband and another guy a pretty long time to get it together- maybe a couple hours? Overall it looks nice, and I'm satisfied with it!
