This unit is made in Denmark and directions use diagrams (no words) as this is probably sold in many different countries. Directions were clear. Only tricky part was getting the doors aligned nicely. You have to play with the hinge adjustments to get it just right. All in all a great stand, solid and strong. It would be nice if the directions provided some tips and pointers. I have done this type of assembly many times so I knew how to do it. e.g. work on carpet so you don't scratch any surface. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Although when you open the boxes it looks a bit daunting to build but it really did not take very long. The instructions are a bit vague but my husband who is not very handy figured it out and finished in about 2 hours. I would recommend this product. Service Review This tv stand comes in two packages. The first one arrived promptly in about 3 days but the second arrived almost a month later. I had been tracking it and it seemed like it went to the other side of the country to come back. The box was a bit banged up when it arrived but I would not blame CSN. In fact, their customer service was very helpful and attentive. I think I may have had some bad luck with the shipping company. To begin with, it's somewhat tedious to put together and the instructions are all explicitly clear. Furthermore, the stand itself is made of wood but finished with a cheap material that easily peels off while you're putting it together. I am diligent when it comes to putting stuff together but this was a lot of hardware. I expected it to take most of half a day to put it together but was pleasantly surprised when it only took about an hour. Service Review Will give the manufacturer credit that they have broke the code in regards to shipping. Very well packed. Heavy package and some parts could have easily been damaged but a lot of thought had gone into the layout and packing materials. Was this helpful? Yes / No
