This hutch was a good buy. Some don't have plastic lining on both levels, but this one does. This makes amy mess or accident easy to clean up and will preserve the life of the hutch overall. We love the look of the natural wood and although it can withstand outdoor use, we have ours inside our home. Out rabbit is right at home. We immediately put a litter pan in with wood pellets and she hasn't had any issues using it. She is still young and is not yet spayed so this was a concern. She obviously preferred the natural wood pellets to do her business than the plastic flooring...yet another reason that the plastic lined floors are great. As expected assembling was expected to take awhile, which it did. Instructions were good for the most part, but more guidance could have been helpful. The screws that came with the hutch are cheap and strip easy, so you want to get it right the first time as re piecing or disassembling use up the life of the screws. Overall for tge price you can't go wrong. This hutch is much better quality and design than others that are just slightly cheaper in cost. In the end I have a big sigh of relief that I spent 20-50 dollars more and got this one. It took reading a lot of reviews to finally make the decision to get this one and am very happy!
Great for beloved pets, a little tough on humans, but worth it in the end

PROs: For a fairly inexpensive pet home, this product is very nicely crafted. It was very easy to put together though it needs two people, one to hold while the other puts it together. It was great that it included one extra of each piece of hardware in case screws got lost. CONs: the box arrived crushed, as other reviewers said, and two of the pieces were broken. They had to be repaired before they could be installed, so they were overnight with wood glue and clamps. Be aware that the screw holes for one side of the top hinge are not pre-drilled, but that was easy to figure out. The product is made in China, and I wish it was made here in the USA. We could do just as good of a job here and support US industry and jobs. It comes out of the box smelling bad, but it is mostly aired out after a few days. The asphalt top is rough and since we are keeping ours indoors, we used a discarded piece of linoleum flooring cut to fit over it to cover that rough part. In summary, your pet will have a great home if you can get over a few short term issues. Great value and easy assembly, looks really cozy and fits most decor Packaging does not protect it and yours may arrive damaged
Love this hutch

When I purchased this hutch I did not want a cage as the rabbit was going to be in the living room so my young son could be supervised with his pet and this hutch looks nice enough to blend right in as if it were furniture. It took the rabbit awhile to get used to the ramp but once he did he seems to enjoy running up and down the ramp even when I open the door to let him out he goes back to playing on the ramp. The hutch was fairly easy to assemble, it can be done by one person however if you have a second set of hands it helps. The only thing I think could be improved would be the latches and I would change them if this is for outside use as it is easy to slide the latch too far to either side when closing.
Neat and Compact

I didn't do the assembly, but it looked/looks great once put together. Our bunnies love running up and down the stairs. Was easy to assemble, and easy to clean. The trays are sometimes hard to put back in after cleaning, but with time and practice, this process becomes a breeze. Color was exactly as the picture. So far we love it for our mini babies. It also doesn't take up too much space. When in use, please make sure the latch is closed securely. It is easy to think the cage is locked, and it is not because ot the placement of the latches. The actual latch system could be a little bigger/longer to ensure safety.

It arrived in a crushed box but thank God it was all intact. It definitely could use 2 people to put it together, though I did it by myself and had to take a break. The directions are terrible and you really need to figure out alot of it yourself. The hutch is a wonderful home for my Lola bunny and she seems to like the 2 floors to go up & down. I keep it in my home since she is an indoor rabbit, and it's nice enough to be a peice of furniture :) Pros: it is a great value Cons: terrible to put together
Great Big Hutch
Amanda from Anaheim, CA – Verified Buyer
Great space for my rabbit. The dimensions were slightly larger than advertised. Everything game intact. slight chip out of the ramp but easy to sand down. I didn't expect it to come smelling like chemicals so that was a downer. It had to be aired out a couple weeks before I could let my rabbit near it. I didn't read that note on any of the other reviews so I was surprised. We needed to use a few of our own tools for assembly. So be prepared. It serves as a nice home for my bunny.
Great 2 Story Rabbit Hutch

I used this indoors to house my two rabbits, they love that they can run up and down between floors. Very spacious and has different compartment rooms that you can leave there or take out and make one big space. Easy to clean with pull out pans and you can open all of the doors easily to peek in. My rabbits are much happier. Kind of a pain in the butt to put together but I am very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this for my granddaughter's bunny for their playroom. I loved it only cost minimal extra shipping to get it literally the farthest place on the globe where roads end in AK. They took another purchasers advice and used better screws. Now Princess has a home better suited to her needs and it's a cute addition to their decor. The trays on each level are awesome for clean up.
It is structurally fine
John from Nebraska – Verified Buyer
It is pretty good and it is my daughter's rabbit hutch. It is structurally fine. The latches are complicated to latch. The slides have to be centered with the bar between the 2 doors or the rabbit can push it open. My daughter's rabbit got out and luckily we had the hutch in our garage, so we able to have found it. Each door should have it's own latch,so that it is easier on little kids and so they don't loose their rabbits.

Well made and easy to assemble. It does have a strong odor at first. My rabbits loved running up and down the ramp. The only con is the bottom pans can be difficult containing the rabbit's urine and feces. My rabbits love to dig in their bedding (recycled paper) and it made a mess.
