Overview

With a zirconium oxide blade, this is a lightweight and easy-to-handle knife, that's extra-sharp and heavy-duty. It allows for quick carving, slicing, mincing, dicing and chopping with ease. This hand-sharpened ceramic knife has a solid plastic handle, is seven to ten times as hard as stainless steel, and is far more wear-resistant so it won’t need to be sharpened as often.
