I like this manual treadmill it fits me good. Its not expensive, fits my budget, it's a quality product, the perfect size for my bedroom [...] The down side with this product is. You must love to exercise to use it because it is manual. Everyone I showed it to didn't like it because being manual. It seems sticky and not smooth running. You have to adjust the belt and that takes some time to understand especially at setup. I don't think a person can run on this treadmill because you have to hang on with your hands or you will find yourself falling. If you run or jog I find myself bending forward and that is hard on my back. I will keep trying to walk and not hold on but it seem impossible. I can walk for about 5 minutes which adds to my workout routine. I wish it would come with more instruction on using the machine or a video. After having this machine for a good month I find the belt needs adjustment after every uses and its noisy to me. I like it and I would buy it again at this price or lower. For my situation at this time with space and it's portability its right for me. Good luck and buyer beware, its not for everyone. Except the energizer bunny."..." Read more
