We got this for our home office. The desk is very large, stable and solid and since it is not directly connected to the treadmill it does not vibrate. The treadmill is very basic, but seems to be of good quality. It has a maximum speed of 4 mph and no incline adjustment which is fine for a work station, but not made for running. The controls are basic and simple and good for its purpose. The treadmill is quieter than most and the noise is not a factor with phone calls and so forth. Like any treadmill it is heavy and can be difficult to move for some. In this case the desk is also heavy, but it comes in its own box. If in doubt line up some strong help. The assembly is not very difficult, but a socket wrench should be used. It would take a long time with the wrench it comes with. We bought the machine six weeks ago. We currently have three family members using the treadmill with two of us using it almost every day. It is great for running and walking. Even at 7 or 8 miles an hour the unit is very stable with a runner and extremely smooth when walking. Setup was great and fairly easy right out of the box. The unit is very heavy and was a challenge by myself. Having someone to help is better. The fan to cool the motor is noisier than I expected and my unit had a random squeak right out of the box in the belt. I have ordered their synthetic lubricant."..." Read more

This is a very nice treadmill. Same quality that they have in the FitCorp or Boston Sports Club near me here in Boston. Comes with the upright un-assembled in a box that 3 medium size men could move pretty easily. Assembled in about 10 minutes. Very nice looking!
