Arriving this morning 15 minutes early according to delivery information the truck backed in the driveway . Two men on the truck were polite and asked where it was to be placed inside the house. Fifteen minutes later it was in the family room placed. Our treadmill mat. I signed the paper work and they left. Assembly was easy for my wife and I taking about an hour, since she had to read every thing. Upon completion we pluged in the surge Procter and then the treadmill adjuster the belt as the instructions stated and started it up. Ran about five minutes turned power off and lubricated the underside of the belt with the included silocon spray. Turning the treadmill bank on my 60 year old wife walked 1/2 mile in fifteen minutes while I monitored the belt and twicked it for the center. Then I'd my 1/2 mile. This is a very quite treadmill. We are extremely pleased with the treadmill the warranty and the service from Wayfair. This is our first of may more items that we plan on buying from Wayfair. I like this manual treadmill it fits me good. Its not expensive, fits my budget, it's a quality product, the perfect size for my bedroom [...] The down side with this product is. You must love to exercise to use it because it is manual. Everyone I showed it to didn't like it because being manual. It seems sticky and not smooth running. You have to adjust the belt and that takes some time to understand especially at setup. I don't think a person can run on this treadmill because you have to hang on with your hands or you will find yourself falling. If you run or jog I find myself bending forward and that is hard on my back. I will keep trying to walk and not hold on but it seem impossible. I can walk for about 5 minutes which adds to my workout routine. I wish it would come with more instruction on using the machine or a video. After having this machine for a good month I find the belt needs adjustment after every uses and its noisy to me. I like it and I would buy it again at this price or lower. For my situation at this time with space and it's portability its right for me. Good luck and buyer beware, its not for everyone. Except the energizer bunny."..."  Read more

We got this for our home office. The desk is very large, stable and solid and since it is not directly connected to the treadmill it does not vibrate. The treadmill is very basic, but seems to be of good quality. It has a maximum speed of 4 mph and no incline adjustment which is fine for a work station, but not made for running. The controls are basic and simple and good for its purpose. The treadmill is quieter than most and the noise is not a factor with phone calls and so forth. Like any treadmill it is heavy and can be difficult to move for some. In this case the desk is also heavy, but it comes in its own box. If in doubt line up some strong help. The assembly is not very difficult, but a socket wrench should be used. It would take a long time with the wrench it comes with. Overall this seems like an excellent design on a new category of product. Hopefully it will be reliable too."..."  Read more

I've never bought one of these before, but am very happy I did. I've been using this every day for almost a month, and love it. It's at a slight incline, so you can't run on this treadmill, but it is a smooth and a quiet manual walk. The gauges I most appreciate the ones which keep you appraised of the speed at which you're walking, and the time you've walked so far.My family helped me put this treadmill together; I'm not good at assembling things; they said it wasn't very difficult.
