I was looking for the professional grade step that I used in professional corporate and university gyms and exercise centers. It was hard to find this product on the internet, I kept getting directed to other products. wayfair made it easy to identify their product as "The Step", the authentic brand for the professional step I wanted for my studio. The step was in perfect condition, it looks really nice in the studio and performs well. My clients love it, have a lot of fun learning step aerobics! We noticed that it was a better quality and function in terms of shock absorption and return of energy and was more comfortable on the body than the older generation steps that we were using. I was warned that the price would be well over $100.00 and the wayfair price was more than fair and will make it possible for me to get enough for my entire studio. The wayfair staff was responsive, smart and helped build a strategy for supplying my company with equipment. The technical support was knowledgeable and gave me a number and email address for direct contact.
