fast service...horrible product

I'm a college graduate and contractor by trade, yet it took me over 2 hours to put this simple stool together! The legs didn't line up and I had to use all the strength I had to get the holes to line up. I ended up drilling 2 new holes and using longer screws to get the thing together. As far as the seat itself, it was advertised as high quality commercial vinyl...I'd hate to see their low quality. On a plus side, I did receive it promtly!

Excellent product [...]

Quality and strength were very important to us as we are using these as employee chairs in a car dealership. Very pleased with these barstools.
