It's alright from Gautier, MS on 01/18/2016 – Verified Buyer
It's really cheaply made, the pictures on the website made it look of higher quality. It comes in a million pieces with no instructions on how it's supposed to be put together either you just have to figure it out!

Ehh from Wilmington, NC on 05/29/2015 – Verified Buyer
It's an ok hoop not exactly what I expected or hoped for it had nice weight to it but the massage balls around the hoop kept falling off not to mention the hoop did not come with directions on how to put it together so you kind of have to wing it figure it out for yourself

Good for price from Kissimmee, FL on 03/25/2015 – Verified Buyer
Not the best quality, but good for price. Some of the little bobbles were hard to put together, and one of them has broken already after a week of use. However, it was 20$, so what can you expect? It feels like a great ab workout, and its fun to use. Yes, you do get bruises the first few times you use it, but thats part of it and was expected. A good buy for the cheap price!

Tip: The assembly was a little confusing since there are no instructions, but because of other reviews on the website, I was able to figure it out. You have to twist the white connector once you connect the black pieces. You don't twist the black pieces, just the white connector! Once I got the hang of that it was easy!

Pros: Fun to use, good workout
Cons: No instructions on assembly

Misunderstood item from Ogden, UT on 12/26/2014 – Verified Buyer
First off, it does suck that there aren't instructions and it comes in a brown box, but the item itself is great. You don't "snap" it or push in the pieces, and if you twist the white connectors all the way into the lock position, literally labeled on the connector, it won't fall apart.

So, what you do is take out the pieces and stick the black end in the white end. There is an arrow on the black end and an arrow on the white end so you can properly align them. Once it is in as far as you go, TWIST the white part and it will lock the hula hoop in place for you without feeling like you have to push and push and push. Twist the white part until it is all the way tight in the "lock" position, proceed to next piece until you connect ends.

It is nice because it comes with little weights and add on massagers. Feels good to use and stays going in circles around my waist because it is heavy enough. I would recommend it.

Frustrating... from Federal Way, WA on 11/26/2014 – Verified Buyer
Product came in an unmarked brown box in pieces with no instructions!! Was very hard to snap all of the bumps on it, had to have my husband do it. It is still sitting on the floor in 7 pieces waiting for him to snap those together because I can't do it myself. Hopefully when its in one piece I'll enjoy it.

Thin Plastic, easily broken from Nashville, TN on 06/06/2015 – Verified Buyer
Easy enough to assemble without instructions, just takes common sense.
Hooped for less than five minutes before a few of the caps snapped off of the inside.
I was thrilled for this item, but am now disappointed by it.

Pros: Cheap, Easy assembly, functional
Cons: Cheap, Fragile

Not my fav from russell, KY on 04/26/2015 – Verified Buyer
Had no instructions, those clear things with the weights hurt your spine and belly when working out. Almost to painful to use.

MAssaging Hula Hoop from Chalmette, La on 08/15/2014 – Verified Buyer
I was in a car accident and now have neck, mid back, and lower back injuries. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I think will be soon. My 2 Grand-Daughter wanted the Light up Hoops for their Birthday and I came across this while looking for those. I probably won't be able to do Tei Bo anymore or for quite a while. So this worth a try to avoid surgery. I loved Hula Hooping as a young girl/Tom-Boy.

Very hard to put together and hurts too much to use. A waste of money.
