I bought this for my daughter to store her toys. The colors are nice and bright. Elmo is basically life size. I had to contain my daughter just to put it together because she wanted to sit in it like it was Elmo's lap. Make sure to put the hinged safety on correctly.The downside to the toy box is that it is not as big as I expected. It does not hold as much toys as "I would like".
