Toy Boxes

Received this toy box and husband put it together (with the help of our grandson!) Very well made, beautiful toy box. I will say however that the colors of this toy box are different than the picture shows. It is actually a deep purple and navy blue. On my computer, it looked more black and burgundy....Also, the lid does not completely close, it stays open about 1/2 of an inch. I am hoping with use that the hinge will loosen and it will completely close. Those issues are the only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars. It is a kewl toybox!"..."  Read more

We purchased this toy box for our 3 year old grandson. We had it shipped to his home in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It was delivered in perfect condition 10 days following the day I ordered it & on exactly the date Wayfair had indicated. Our grandson loves it, especially the sports theme! It was easy to assemble. The price was definitely up there for a children's toy box especially after the shipping cost but it was well worth it. I am thrilled to tell you I have a new toy organizer! It is a Delta Children's Products Disney Princess 9 Bin Toy Organizer. Yeah! It is going to make putting up all the toys so much easier. And of course it is my favorite color, Pink! I plan on getting index cards and drawing toys on them to show the kiddos what toys go in what bins. I have done this before and it works great. If the kids can see what you want then they are pretty good at helping out. I have to say thanks to Wayfair for sending me this one to review.[...]was a snap for me to put together on my own too. Of course all the lil girls here wanted to help. So toys have been quickly moved from the big ol' plastic box to the smaller bins. Now we can get to just the ones we want and not have to wade through tons of other toys. It was fun to have the lil ladies help me organize them. This is the second one I bought and will never buy or recommend any other! It comes completely assembled, looks fantastic, great quality, and is padded nicely. I don't have to worry about my baby getting hurt on the edges because none of them are sharp, and it can also be used as a seat which is very nice as she gets older. Other toy boxes I searched were about $20-$30 less than this one but spending the extra money is well worth it since it will last for years! A friend of mine bought a wooden one for [$] less and the top broke off and her son has hurt himself several times on the edges. She is now buying this toy box and wishes she did in the first place.
