I called the company to confirm that this lever was for the toto ST743S and they confirmed it would work. It does has a little bend in it and is not completely striaght like the picture shows. DC Contrarian from Washington, DC	1.0 5/29/2011 Lasts about 36 months I've had my Toto toilet less than 8 years and it's on its third handlle. The previous two have broken in exactly the same spot, where the rod attaches to the handle the metal fatigues and cracks. The handle is made of cheap "pot" metal and can't stand up to use. Toto uses a proprietary design so generic replacements from the hardware store don't work. You'd think for 20+ bucks it would be more durable. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Tom from st. louis, mo	3.0 7/24/2008 Odd Configuration, Wrong Finish Product was easy to install, but angle of bend in arm did not match angle of arm I was replacing. This created some problems with interference from other tank parts and I had to hand bend the rod to get it to fit properly. Was this helpful? Yes / No
