Sorry I Waited from Texas	5.0 5/10/2011 Everything it said it was The unit is shipped with everything needed to install except an electrical outlet. In my instance I was able to tap into bath's light fixture's electrical supply to install the needed outlet. I installed a GFCI plug as recommended. Installation instructions were straightforward and complete. The washlet's feature set is impressive. My only regret is waiting three years before deciding to buy the unit. Was this helpful? Yes / No

clio from Muskegon, MI	4.0 10/8/2008 Just what was needed This Washlet was purchased for use by a much older person to assist with personal hygiene. It has been excellent. Installation, while not exactly easy due to old plumbing, was straight forward. The one criticism I could make is that the buttons on the remote have such small labels that those with limited vision, which is not uncommon in older people, cannot read them. Perhaps new labels could be devised? A retrofit? Otherwise this Washlet is very satisfactory. Was this helpful? Yes / No
