Totally Bamboo featured in Cook's Illustrated!
Now they produce items from cutting boards to salad bowls, their goal being to change the way the world uses bamboo. They strive to make quality products so that people will use bamboo more since it is a viable alternative to hardwood trees
Totally Bamboo’s products come in two colors. The first being a light color which is the natural color of the bamboo when cut. The second color is darker and more of a honey color. This color is achieved by steaming the bamboo which brings out the natural sugars; the color is permanent and will not fade or wash out. There is also three kinds of grains. The first is vertical grain which is 1/4" wide and is taken from the side of the split pole. Second is flat grain which is 5/8" wide and is from the face of the pole. Lastly there is end grain which is the cross section of the pole. With all these choices, you are certain to find the Totally Bamboo product to meet your needs!

I never intended to use this as a cutting board. I feel like it is a better wall hanging than a cutting board. The colors look true to picture.

This cutting board performs like any other board but also has great style and can be displayed with confidence.

I bought this as a decorative serving tray and am surprised by how durable it seems. You could use it for an everyday cutting board but I think it is better saved for a party tray.

First spotted this board in Maui and thought - who wants to carry it home. So I was delighted to see wayfair had the exact same product and shipped it free. The only issue is its to nice to actually cut on the board...maybe latter.

Thought it would be wider for some reason but it's light weight and I love it.
