Designer from Ormond Beach, Florida	1.0 10/25/2010 Bought on clearance. Would not buy again Purchased on clearance so could not return. Numerous parts not in box. Fan blades not wrapped well and had dings. Fan control not included. Over three separate phone calls to get the fan control. Still have not received the other missing screws (we had to improvise!)
