Toto Aquia II Dual Flush Toilet Toto
Toto Aquia II Dual Flush Toilet

I was looking for a dual flush toilet and the look and price of this one fit. It took longer than expected to install it because you have to attach positioning blocks to the floor rather than just bolting it onto the drain flange. It was worth it though; the toilet instantly improved the look of my whole bathroom and it works great. Also - it is a nice size. Our bathroom is tiny and we had a toilet with a short bowl before. I was worried that a regular size toilet would be too big but it fills the space nicely and is comfortable to sit on."..." Read more

American Standard Compact Cadet 3 Flowise One Piece Toilet with Seat American Standard

For a small bathroom, we wanted the clean lines (and easy cleaning) of a one-piece toilet, as well as water efficiency and reliability. After experiencing noisy jet-flush toilets, we definitely wanted something quiet. This compact toilet meets all the criteria. Although the seat is standard size, the toilet itself takes up surprisingly little space. The room feels bigger. I would recommend this for a bathroom of any size, and for a home of any decor, traditional or modern."..." Read more

Not only does this toilet look "designer" but it is super efficient and QUIET. Doesn't get any better than that. We have replaced all three toilets in our house and can't be happier. Everyone who sees (and/or uses) the toilet wants to know where to purchase. Do not hesitate to purchase this dream toilet."..." Read more

American Standard Yorkville Pressure Assisted Elongated Toilet American Standard
American Standard Yorkville Pressure Assisted Elongated Toilet

I bought the Yorkville back outlet toilet to replace a 25-year old one in my basement. Back outlet toilets are really difficult to find and you can expect to pay a premium for them. The Yorkville installed very easily and with no leaks! As this was the first toilet I'd ever installed, it went surprisingly easy. The flush is great, even better than the other bottom flush toilets I have. I hope to save on water costs as the new one uses just 1.6 gl. Note: you'll need to buy a neoprene gasket (vs a regular wax ring)..cost is about $8. Also, it doesn't come with a seat so you'll have to buy your own."..." Read more

Gravity Flush - These are the most common; when the toilet is flushed, gravity pulls water from the tank to wash the bowl.

Pressure-Assisted - These use the pressure in your water lines to compress air in a pressure tank, which is released along with the water when the toilet is flushed. This is a more forceful flush often clears the bowl better than some gravity toilets, but can be noisy, and requires a minimum household pressure of 25 psi.

Vacuum-Assisted - These have a chamber in the tank that pulls air out of the trap beneath the bowl to suck water downward with more force.

Dual-Flush - These toilets are most often gravity toilets, and have both a half-flush and a full-flush option. Some have two buttons or a split button on the top, others have a traditional flush lever that can be pushed up or down to vary the flush volume.
