The PUL panties run larger to size than the regular patty panties. I bought size S for my 23lb 23mo old (petite)and she looks hilarious in these since they are so big. S is the smallest size these come in. They don't fall off of her though. They are just super baggy all around. But, they are comfortable and hold in everything at naps and at night. I throw on the plastic pants on top of these and I've never had to clean a bed. Major points!!! I would not recommend this product for general potty training use during the day because the child doesn't feel the same wet that they do with the regular patty panties.
