I had this delivered to family on the mainland, and for that reason I am not able to give firsthand information, but I'd like to share an excerpt from their thank you note as a form of review. The note read; "Thanks for the amazing and gorgeous high-fashion toaster! We definitely needed an upgrade."Clearly they are pleased, but since I have not seen the toaster in action, and I have only their comments on the aesthetics, I have given four stars instead of five. I love the look of this toaster, and when mine dies I am hoping to get one for myself.
