I bought 2 of these for myself and my wife. We used them for an 8 day international trip and they were great. The soft shell, stitching, handles, wheels, and lining are all very sturdy and durable. The multiple pockets are very functional and practical (the exterior access pouch for toiletries or shoes is great). I am kind of a do-it-yourselfer and while I have not had to repair these bags yet, I am confident they will be totally repairable. The handle and wheels look to be very easy to remove. It even has skateboard wheels so replacements will be easy to find if the time ever comes. The clamshell design (the interior space is split up roughly 50/50 between the two sides) is not my favorite but works out fine. Unfortunately Iberia Air (primarily Spanish flights) did NOT allow us to carry the bag on from Spain (but we were allowed to carry it on from the US) which was annoying and worrisome since we hadn't intended on checking a bag.

Shipping was way too slow!

With airlines getting stricter about carry on bags, this bag is a must have! The 20 inch is the perfect size for domestic and especially international travel with the stricter size limits. It's durable and surprisingly roomy. I was amazed at how much stuff I could fit inside. I love the attention to detail such as the many pockets and how I can access some from the outside as well as the inside. This makes it so much easier, especially when going through airport security. As well built as this is, it should be the last suitcase I should have to buy for quite a while.
